Our students have access to all RDM Lawyers’ lawyers, who maintain an open-door policy. This promotes continued learning during a student’s articling year. We encourage students to ask questions and to get involved in the life of the firm.

The student meets at least weekly with the student’s two principals, one for litigation and one for solicitor matters. Mentorship is provided on an informal basis by several lawyers and support staff. We make an effort to give each student as much responsibility as he or she can comfortably handle.
