Karen McNeilly B.A., LL.B.

Karen practices primarily in family law.

Professional Activities

Karen is a member of the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch) and a member of the Fraser Valley Family Law Group, CBA subsection.  Karen is a speaker on family law issues and has made presentations to a variety of community organizations.

Education & Experience

Karen attended Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts.  She then returned to BC, and obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 1994.

Karen was called to the British Columbia bar in 1997 after articling with a small firm in North Delta, and has practiced primarily in family law since then.  Karen has experience at all court levels in BC, and is also trained as a family law mediator and in collaborative divorce.  Karen joined RDM Lawyers in 2009.

Personal Background & Community Activities

Karen was born in New York, and emigrated with her family to the Lower Mainland in 1970.  She lives in the Fraser Valley with her two children.
